Aristotle said "Where your talents and the need of the world cross, there lies your vocation." My world now is Lower Currituck and Dare County. After years of professional human resource and marketing communication work, followed by an easy retirement, I feel called to offer a service to my new world. As a relative newcomer, I often don't understand the network of social justice, social action and community outreach programs. .
